1. Returns and Refunds
Swissbeatbox is not obliged to offer returns or refunds in any way.
Exceptions may occur only in consultation and agreement with Swissbeatbox.
Unless otherwise agreed, the costs for shipping and taxes of a return shall be borne by the buyer.
Once your return is accepted, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If an article is in stock, Swissbeatbox normally starts producing and shipping your order as soon as we received the receipt of payment. Swissbeatbox cannot guarantee for this deadline and shall not be liable for delays. Depending on each country, customs can demand import taxes. The costs of this taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer priority shipping and tracking codes because of the huge costs. Worldwide shipping by Swiss Post is really expensive so we have to use “economy shipping” which takes a bit longer for almost half the price. But we are working hard to offer you soon a better solution than that.
Usually it takes around 18-25 workdays for worldwide Economy shipping. Additional check at the customs of your country could increase the shipping duration!
Swissbeatbox cannot guarantee for the shipping duration and is not responsible for any delays.
